MR. MIKE REARDON

Mr. Reardon is an experienced entrepreneur and executive, a veteran of the highly fragmented
water industry. With over 29 years in water, he has led some of the premier names in the
business including U.S. Filter, Culligan, Everpure and more recently, Triwater Holdings where he
was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2016.


Reardon was one of the founders of the fast-growing United States Filter Corporation, a Fortune
500 company (NYSE: USF).  From 1990 to 1999 he served in executive officer roles (CFO, COO)
and as a member of the Board of Directors, in addition to running several of the acquired
businesses.  USF led the consolidation of the global water and wastewater industry, acquiring
and integrating over 300 companies, while growing to more than $5.5 billion in revenues, before
it was acquired by Vivendi (now Veolia).


From 1999 to 2004 he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer and President of Culligan
International.  Culligan, a manufacturer of consumer and commercial water systems is one of
the largest franchisors in in North America. In 2004 it was sold to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.


Reardon is a CPA and a graduate of California State Polytechnic University and the Kellogg
Management Institute at Northwestern University. He has served on several industry group and
venture-backed boards and was a member of the Advisory Board of the Gigot Center for
Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Notre Dame. His daughter is a 2004 graduate of the
University of Notre Dame.
