Dan is a successful entrepreneur and current President of Horizon Packaging and Horizon Systems. Together, they provide long-time customers with flexible packaging, labeling and barcode solutions. Previously Dan acquired, grew and successfully sold his first business, Mark It Plus, which provided support to retailers, manufacturers and DoD facilities across the country.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and former certified public accountant, Dan also spent over five years with an international consulting firm (Navigant Consulting, Inc.), and served as the CFO for two high-growth businesses in Richmond, VA. In the community, he served as President of Commonwealth Parenting and a board member for the Westwood Racquet Club.

Dan has been married to his wife, Beth, for over 20 years and they have four children. Beth served as Associate Head Coach Notre Dame’s NCAA championship and runner-up women’s basketball teams (2018, 2019), and she recently accepted a position in the same capacity at Duke University.
